早稲田大学フェンシング部の練習参加は、書類の記入・提出を完了された方のみを対象としています。このフォームの入力が完了次第、必要な書類をお送りします。

書類を提出していない場合、練習への参加はできません。

必ず、練習参加前にフォームに入力し、書類を提出してください。ご理解とご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

Participation in Waseda University Fencing Club’s practice sessions is strictly limited to those who have completed the official registration document. Once you have completed this form, the document will be sent to you.

If you do not fill out the document, you will not be permitted to join our practice.
