早稲田大学フェンシング部の練習参加は、書類の記入・提出を完了された方のみを対象としています。練習参加を希望される方はgoogleカレンダーで練習日程を確認の上書類を入力してこちらにご提出ください

書類を提出していない場合、練習への参加はできません。
提出後、内容を確認の上練習参加の可否をメールにてご連絡いたします。>

Participation in Waseda University Fencing Club’s practice sessions is strictly limited to those who have completed the official registration document. Once you have completed this form, the document will be sent to you.

If you do not fill out the document, you will not be permitted to join our practice.

Please make sure to submit the form and complete the document before attending. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
